The fine print
This is a dental membership plan, not insurance. It is not a qualified plan under the ACA.
- Your plan must be current to receive included or discounted services.
- The plan runs for 12 months. You’ll get an email reminder 45 days before your renewal date, and auto-renewal is managed in your member portal.
- You may cancel anytime. You’ll receive a full refund of membership fees if the request is made within the first 30 days of the current term and no discounted services have been used during that term.
