Step 1

Check-In and Paperwork

You’ll complete your patient information online or in the office, and our team will get you settled in comfortably. We’ll also collect your insurance details and answer any initial questions you may have.

Step 2

Digital X-Rays and Exam

Our hygienist takes a full set of digital X-rays to get a clear picture of your oral health. She then performs a thorough clinical exam and shares her initial findings with Dr. Whilby for review.

Step 3

Doctor’s Exam & Consultation

Dr. Whilby personally reviews your results and examines your teeth, gums, and bite. He confirms or adjusts any recommendations and takes the time to discuss everything with you directly so you feel informed and confident about your care.

Step 4

Treatment Planning

You’ll meet with our treatment plan coordinator, who explains any recommended treatments in detail. She walks you through all payment options, including insurance coverage and flexible financing, so you can move forward with a plan that fits your budget.
